Refund Policy – NumNam (a brand by Kikudu Corp)

At NumNam, we strive to deliver safe, nutritious meals with care and convenience. However, we understand that changes may be needed. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to food safety and logistics constraints.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at customercare@numnam.com with your Order ID and cancellation reason.

2. Order Cancellation by NumNam

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Logistical limitations or delivery constraints

  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

For food safety and operational efficiency, the following orders cannot be cancelled once processed or dispatched:

  • Ready-to-Eat or pureed food pouches

  • Customized or bulk orders

4. Refund Processing

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
